1. Nature of advisory & institutional disclaimers

StudyPro Consult provides professional higher education consulting, including course selection, application strategy, Statement of Purpose editorial critique, and visa document guidance.

2. Client responsibilities & document authenticity

As a client engaging our services, you warrant and agree that:

• All academic transcripts, degree certificates, test results, bank statements, and personal records provided are 100% genuine, authentic, and accurate.
• You will meet all communicated institutional deadlines for submitting supplementary materials or clearing conditional offers.
• You are solely responsible for paying university application portal fees, standardized test fees, tuition deposits, and government visa application charges.

Submitting fraudulent or forged documentation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of advisory services without refund.

3. Consultation booking & cancellation policy

Initial diagnostic consultations and scheduled video sessions are held online via Google Meet or Zoom. We request at least 12 hours advance notice for rescheduling a confirmed appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule or reassign advisors due to scheduling conflicts.

4. Intellectual property

All guides, checklist frameworks, curriculum comparison tools, and proprietary editorial materials provided by StudyPro Consult remain the intellectual property of StudyPro Consult. You are granted a non-exclusive, personal license to use these resources solely for your personal academic applications.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudyPro Consult, its directors, advisors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from university admission rejections, visa refusals, changes in immigration policies, or currency exchange variations.

6. Amendments & enquiries

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in regulatory standards or operational practices. Continued use of our advisory services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
